Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions take effect as soon as you complete the betx4 account registration process or access any part of our platform. Continued use of the betx4 platform following any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Betx4 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes. The last updated date will always be displayed at the top of this document.

Member Eligibility

To register and use betx4 services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years on the date of registration.
• Be located in a jurisdiction that permits participation in online gaming.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not currently listed on any self-exclusion register or prohibition list of any relevant regulatory body.
• Not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a betx4 employee.

Betx4 reserves the right to request age verification at any time through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Members who fail to verify their age within the stipulated period may have their accounts suspended until verification is complete. betx4 is not responsible for any consequences arising from false representations regarding age or eligibility by any individual.

Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) betx4 account active at any one time. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and a permanent ban from the platform.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date should any changes occur.
• Betx4 reserves the right to verify all information provided through the KYC process.
• Providing false information or using another person's identity is a serious violation that may result in legal action.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone, including those claiming to be betx4 staff.
• Report to betx4 customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Betx4 is not liable for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

Deposit and Withdrawal

Betx4 supports multiple payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including DuitNow QR, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and local bank transfers in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• The minimum deposit is RM 10 per transaction, unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the same member's name.
• Betx4 does not accept cash deposits, postal money orders, or unrecognized payment methods.
• Deposits are typically processed in under one minute upon confirmation.

• The minimum withdrawal is RM 30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in special circumstances approved by betx4.
• Members must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed.
• Betx4 reserves the right to request additional documents for anti-money laundering (AML) verification purposes before approving any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals are typically processed on the same day, subject to successful verification.

Bonus and Promotions

Betx4 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly rebates, VIP special offers, and more. All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements and rules stated alongside each offer.

• Bonuses may only be claimed by members who meet all eligibility requirements set for the relevant offer.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any withdrawal from bonus funds is permitted.
• Betx4 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus granted in the event of fraud, misuse, or a breach of terms.
• Each promotion has its own expiry date; unused bonuses will expire automatically after that period.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless stated otherwise.
• Misuse of the bonus system, including the systematic use of low-risk wagering strategies to meet wagering requirements, may result in the cancellation of bonuses and related wins.

Game Rules

All games offered on the betx4 platform are operated by licensed software providers using independently audited Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fairness and transparency in every game outcome.

• The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a verified technical failure.
• In the event of a technical failure during a gaming session, betx4 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the original bet to the member's account.
• Bets placed during a system outage or technical failure will not be recognised.
• Betx4 reserves the right to restrict or adjust the betting limits of any game without prior notice.
• Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities, or to use automation software or bots in gameplay, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

Member Conduct

Betx4 expects all members to conduct themselves in a responsible, honest, and respectful manner while using the platform. The following behaviour is strictly prohibited:

• Using abusive, threatening, or harassing language toward betx4 staff or other members.
• Sharing or selling your betx4 account to another party.
• Using another person's credit card or bank account details without authorization.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion, or game manipulation strategies.
• Using a VPN or identity-masking software to access the platform from a restricted region.
• Making false claims regarding wins, losses, or transactions.

Violation of any of the above conditions may result in permanent account suspension or closure, forfeiture of related balances and bonuses, and reporting to the relevant authorities where required.

Privacy & Data Protection

Betx4 takes the privacy of every member seriously. All personal information collected during registration and platform use is handled in accordance with betx4's separate Privacy Policy, in line with international best practices for data protection.

• Your personal information is collected solely for account management, identity verification, and regulatory compliance purposes.
• Betx4 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers.
• Your personal data will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
• Betx4 may disclose member information to relevant authorities when required by law or court order.

Responsible Gaming

Betx4 is committed to promoting a healthy and responsible gaming culture. Our platform is equipped with a range of self-control tools to help members manage their gaming habits effectively.

• Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings.
• Temporary cool-off mode is available for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Session time limits can be set to restrict the duration of daily gaming sessions.
• A full self-exclusion option is available for members who need a long-term break.
• Betx4 reserves the right to impose additional limits on member accounts that show signs of problem gambling, based on internal assessment.

Liability Limits

Betx4 makes every effort to ensure the platform operates smoothly and securely at all times. However, there are certain limitations on betx4's liability that all members should understand:

• Betx4 is not liable for any losses arising from internet service disruptions, technical failures beyond our control, or force majeure.
• Betx4 is not responsible for wagering decisions made by members and does not guarantee any winnings or returns from gameplay.
• Betx4's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• Betx4 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses under any circumstances.

Account Closure

Whether at the member's own request or by action of betx4, an account may be closed under the following circumstances:

• Members may request account closure at any time by contacting betx4 customer support.
• Eligible balances will be returned after all active bonus wagering requirements are completed or forfeited.
• The account closure process typically takes 3–5 business days to complete fully.

• Betx4 reserves the right to close or suspend an account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Accounts suspected of involvement in fraud or money laundering will be suspended immediately pending investigation.
• Betx4 may close accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months after providing notice via registered email.

Terms & Conditions Amendment

Betx4 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to members via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except in emergencies requiring immediate action.

It is every member's responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the betx4 platform after any amendments take effect constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with the amendments, you must stop using the platform and close your account.
